The tools will keep changing. Build the capability that doesn't.
One person leveraging AI tools can now do what took a team. Most organizations still run the way they did before. We help leaders close that gap by building individual capability first, then bringing the organization along.

The hard part of AI adoption was never the software. It's getting people to change how they work.
Gallup has measured how people think and behave since 1935, at a scale nobody else has. We've built our approach on that evidence. The work starts with your leaders, is learned by doing, and stays inside your team after we leave.

95% of organizations investing in generative AI are getting zero return. We call it AI Theater.

Models licensed. Dashboards lit. A deck of wins. Then everyone goes back to the same work, done the same way.
AI capability is a skill, not a subscription.

A subscription gives people access. A skill is built by applying AI to real work, especially where routine work is high friction. That capability carries forward as models change. You can't buy it by the seat or hand it over to IT.

Executives first. Then the frontline. Then the workflows.

Executive Program
Senior leaders build something real against their own work, and a shared language for it, before anyone else in the company touches a tool. Four weeks of follow-up are included to carry it back into your organization.

Builder Program
The people closest to the friction each build one working fix against their own work.

Orchestrator Program
The strongest Builders become Orchestrators. They take on whole workflows and convert them into ones your organization owns outright.
Employees whose manager champions AI are 8.7 times as likely to strongly agree it has transformed how work gets done.
One factor separates the organizations where AI changes the work from the ones where it doesn't. It isn't the tools.

In a change this big, people need hope more than anything.
Gallup asked people in 52 countries to name three words for what a leader contributes to their life. No list, no options. Hope drew 56% of all mentions. Trust drew 33%. People don't resist AI. They resist a future they can't see themselves in. Showing them one is your job, not IT's.

Same people. Bigger mission.
Give your people the skill to fix the work in front of them, and the confidence to try what they couldn't before. It starts with you, in the room, building.
