These terms cover your use of silent.partners. Silent Partners runs the site to describe our executive AI education programs. By using the site, you agree to this page.

This is an early statement of those terms, written in plain language. We will revise it as the work settles. The date under the heading is the date of this version.

The Executive Intensive is a three-day program. It is offered as a Team Intensive for one company, or as an Open Intensive with leaders from several companies. Requesting a seat does not reserve one. We read each request and reply. Dates, price, and who attends are confirmed in that reply, not on this page.

The Leader's AI Brief is for the person who requests it. Please do not republish the file, and please do not pass the download link on. The Where You Stand quiz is a way to reflect on Gallup's published findings. It is not an assessment of you or your company, and it is not advice.

Send information that is yours to give, and that is accurate. Do not use the forms to send someone else's personal information without their agreement, and do not use them to probe the site.

The words, names, and images on this site belong to Silent Partners, or to the people who licensed them to us, including Gallup where research is cited. You may read them and share a link to a page. You may not copy the site, or the brief, into your own materials without our written agreement.

The pages describe an approach. They do not promise a business result, a seat, or a reply by a certain hour beyond what a form itself says. The site is offered as it stands. We work to keep it available and accurate, and we do not promise that it will always be up.

To the extent the law allows, Silent Partners is not liable for decisions you make from these pages, or for a loss that comes from using the site. Nothing here limits a right the law says we cannot limit.

If a dispute comes up, write to us first. We would rather resolve it directly than in a court.

We may update these terms. The date under the heading will change when we do. If you keep using the site after that date, you accept the update. Questions go to hello@silent.partners.
