How we handle your information
Who we are
Silent Partners offers executive AI education. This page describes how we handle personal information on silent.partners. It is a plain account of our current practice, so you can see what we collect and why.
We will change this page when the practice changes. The date under the heading is the date of this version.
What we collect
When you request a seat, download The Leader's AI Brief, or take the Where You Stand quiz, we ask for your name, email, and company. A seat request also asks for a phone number, and it may include a short note about what you want to work on and how you heard about us. The quiz records the answers you pick and the starting point those answers produce.
If you only read the site, we do not ask for those details. Vercel Analytics and PostHog count visits, pages, and clicks. After you submit a form, PostHog can tie those events to the email you gave us. We do not record a video of your visit, and we do not record the words you type into a form for playback.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply, to decide whether a seat is a fit, to send the brief you asked for, and to see which pages help people find us. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are stored in our own database, which runs on Neon. We also write the contact to HubSpot, where we keep track of people we are in conversation with. A new lead notifies the team in Slack. Email to you and to the team is sent through Resend. Visit counts go to Vercel and to PostHog.
Those companies handle the information so we can run the site and follow up with you. We do not give them the right to use it for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep a seat request or a lead while we are in conversation with you, and for a reasonable time after, so we can honor a follow-up and keep a record of what we told you. You can ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can skip every form and still read the site. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can block cookies in your browser. Vercel Analytics and PostHog may store a cookie, or a similar identifier, so a visit can be counted. The pages still load if you block that.
