Three days. Six weeks. Twelve weeks.
Three programs, in order. One rule in all of them: you build against your own work, and you keep what you build. Leaders go first, because nothing scales past a leader who doesn't understand what's possible.

Executive Program
Three days where you build, not where you're briefed. You arrive without needing to know anything, and you leave having built something real against your own work, with the language to lead the rollout.
A working build against a friction point from your own business.
A personal AI setup that keeps working after you go home.
A practical read on the landscape, so vendor claims stop being a mystery.
A shared language with the other leaders in the room.

Four weeks of follow-up, included
Not a separate purchase.
The three days are the start, not the whole race. The four weeks after carry it back into your organization: individual coaching, alignment with your senior team, and a real conversation with IT before anything scales.
Upcoming Executive Program dates
Maximum of sixteen executives to a room. Three days in person, then four weeks of follow-up. You leave with a working build against a friction point in your own business, not a plan to build one. Seats are confirmed in the order requests arrive.

Builder Program
Once leadership has been through it, the program opens to the people closest to the friction. High performers across the organization build real fluency and one working build each, on their own work, over six weeks.
A group of people across the business who can build, not just use.
One working build per Builder, owned in-house.
A read on who in your organization is ready to go further.

Orchestrator Program
The Builders who go furthest become Orchestrators. Over twelve weeks they take on whole workflows, not single tasks, and convert them into something the organization runs on and owns outright.
Converted workflows your organization owns, with no vendor in the middle.
People who can do it again without us.

Fluency is measured in reps. Silent Studio is where you get them.
Nobody becomes fluent in AI by (only) watching a video. The gap closes one real task at a time, at the point where the routine work bogs down.
Silent Studio puts that loop on rails. Log the friction. Write down how the work gets done today. Score it on Speed, Cost, Operations, Risk, and Earnings, weighted by your priorities rather than ours, so you know what a fix is worth before anyone spends a quarter building it. Then build the fix in your own AI, and count the rep.
We're building Silent Studio the way we teach: in the open, with real programs running in it. The self-paced version opens this fall.

Same people. Bigger mission.
Give your people the skill to fix the work in front of them, and the confidence to try what they couldn't before. It starts with you, in the room, building.
